Itinerary

Day 1
Hong Kong – Manila – Dumaguete

Depart from Hong Kong and arrive in Dumaguete via a connecting flight in Manila.
Upon arrival, meet your representative for a private transfer to the resort in the Dauin area.
Check in at the resort, take some rest, and prepare for the Dive Dauin Festival Underwater Photography Competition.

Day 02–04
Dumaguete

On Day 2, registration starts at 8:00 AM, followed by 3 boat dives exploring Dauin’s world-famous black sand muck sites—perfect for shooting macro, nudibranchs, fish portraits, wide-angle landscapes, and behaviour categories.

Each day features 3 boat dives, fully dedicated to capturing high-quality competition entries across all categories. Evenings are focused on downloading photos and editing to gradually refine your portfolio. Dauin’s protected marine reserves offer world-class critter diversity and coral reef ecosystems, providing unlimited creative opportunities.

Day 05
Dumaguete

2 boat dives (last targeted shooting opportunities).
By 2:00 PM: Complete submission of all competition entries.
Relax, review your work, or exchange ideas with other photographers.

Day 06
Dumaguete

2 boat dives—a relaxed day to revisit favorite sites or shoot freely.
5:30 PM: Attend the Awarding Ceremony.

Day 07
Dumaguete – Manila – Hong Kong

After breakfast, enjoy free time, then private transfer to Dumaguete Airport for your flight back to Hong Kong via Manila.

Package Rate NOT Includes

Airport tax, security charges, fuel surcharge, and airfare surcharge (if any).
Entry visa (if required).
Compulsory Travel Insurance (Coverage : scuba diving).
Crew gratuities, gear rentals, Nitrox, and other incidental expenses.
Additional boat fees for trips to other dive sites (If any).
Marine park and sanctuary fees: USD3 Per dive.
Photo Competition Registration fee: P1,500 per person.
Private Spotter: USD20 per dive (reserve in advance).

The diver package is valid for certified divers only.

Passengers must ensure they hold a valid visitor or transit visa (if required) and a passport with at least two blank pages and a minimum validity of six months from the start of travel.
