  ACCOUNTING OFFICER

  Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting entries and administrative duties
  • Handle account payable and account receivable, general ledger functions
  • Prepare vouchers, issue cheques and maintain good accounting filing system
  • Handle in / out e-mail relating to supplier and corporate client

  Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, with qualification of LCC Higher is preferable
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience in accounting field, preferable in travel industry
  • Proficient in Peachtree accounting system, MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure independently
  • Immediately available is preferable

  TRAVEL CONSULTANT - ADVENTURE. SAFARI

  To provide full-range of travel arrangement and consultancy services (including flight, hotel, car reservations) to travelers and handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently.

  • F.7 or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is required
  • Sound product and fare knowledge, and hands-on reservation and ticketing skills with good PC literacy
  • Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • At least two year relevant experience in travel agency
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure independently

  TRAVEL CONSULTANT -ADVENTURE. DIVING

  Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
  • To plan, prepare and cost itineraries for clients
  • To make travel, accommodation and related bookings
  • To confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements
  • To issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation
  • To collect payments and maintain records of transactions
  • To assist with changes to travel arrangements and booking where required

  Requirements:

  • F.7 or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in travel agency
  • Interested in developing career in travel industry
  • Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure independently
